Your nutrition plan will be fully tailored to your goals, preferences, and the unique challenges women face. Whether you thrive on a structured meal plan or prefer flexible guidance on tracking macros, I’ll help you find the best approach to fit your lifestyle.
At this stage of life, the right food choices can play a powerful role in balancing hormones, improving energy levels, and boosting your metabolic health. Together, we’ll focus on cleaning up your diet by prioritising nutrient-dense foods that support fat loss, muscle tone, and overall vitality. I’ll be with you every step of the way. You’ll have direct access to me for advice, encouragement, or just a friendly check-in when you need it most. In addition to weekly video check-ins, I’ll maintain regular contact to keep you on track and motivated. Your success is my priority
Weekly Check-In's
Consistency is key, and my weekly online check-ins keep you accountable. Every client is assigned a check-in day, where I’ll review your progress, including photos and measurements, and provide tailored feedback. If adjustments are needed, I’ll refine your plan to ensure you stay on track toward your goals
Members Education Hub
I believe knowledge is power, especially when it comes to sustaining long-term results. My Members’ Education Hub is exclusive to online clients and offers a wealth of resources, including video content on nutrition, training, mindset, and motivation. With guest speakers and an extensive exercise library, you’ll gain the confidence and skills to master your fitness journey
01. Prime
This phase focuses on building the habits and structure you need for lasting success while preparing your body for fat loss by optimising your hormones and metabolism and laying a strong foundation for sustainable results
Think of this as the “driver’s education” course before you hit the road to your fitness goals
02. Achieve
This is where the transformation happens. You’ll follow a structured plan designed to help you lose fat and build muscle, creating the lean, toned figure you’ve been working towards
03. Maintain
In this final phase, the focus shifts to solidifying your results. Through reverse dieting, your body will adjust to a higher calorie intake, reducing the risk of rebound weight gain. Gradually increasing calories while continuing strength training will help you maintain your progress and set yourself up for long-term success

Is this programme suitable for beginners?Ideally, you’ll have at least 6 months of weight training experience with a face-to-face trainer. However, if you’re new to the gym, you can still follow the program by starting with weights that suit your current fitness level and building up gradually as you gain strength and confidence

What if I don’t have access to a gym?This is a strength training plan, so you will need some level of equipment to ensure progress. You won’t get the same results training in your kitchen with a resistance band and a pair of light dumbbells. However, if you’ve got a well-equipped home setup — think heavy dumbbells (or adjustables like Bowflex), a bench, and a barbell with plates — you can adapt the program to train from home. The goal is to help every woman feel confident in the gym or build a home setup that truly supports results.

Is this programme personalised?Absolutely! Everything in Strength & Simplicity is fully customised to you. From your nutrition plan to your workouts, everything will be designed to fit your individual needs, goals, and lifestyle Depending on what approach is most suitable for you, you’ll receive specific nutrition targets tailored to your needs. In the first week, we’ll determine whether calories, macros, portion control, or another method works best for you, and I’ll craft a plan based on that. Your workouts will also be adjusted according to the equipment you have, any injuries, and other limitations You’ll have 24/7 text support from me and the community for recommendations, substitutions, motivation, and guidance whenever you need it
